ELBA Control Systems

As early as 1979, ELBA was the first manufacturer to equip its concrete mixing plants with a computer-aided control system. Continuous development and the use of the latest technologies combined with a high degree of automation guarantee that the plant-specific potentials as regards capacity are fully made use of. Future-oriented, high-capacity software and hardware platforms and an open systems architecture make the investment sustainable.

Apart from the ELBAMATIC-S and ELBAMATIC-C7 control systems ELBA delivers further systems to be applied in the production of concrete, in quality assurance, and in concrete pumps.

ELBAMATIC S
The universally applicable simple ELBAMATIC S batching control enables ready-mix concrete plants to be operated fully automatically. The operating software is specially designed to meet concrete production requirements. The system composed of SPC components allows fast measured-value processing, manages and secures the storage of process-relevant data, and coordinates the interaction between sensors and actuators. Thus, ELBAMATIC S guarantees maximum precision and efficiency in concrete production.

ELBAMATIC C7
The ELBAMATIC C7 batching control system featuring an integrated data management is specially designed for the application in ready-mix production plants. The use of standardized software and hardware makes this programme an absolutely open system enabling maximum functionality and flexibility. The MS- WINDOWS® compatible programme with integrated BUS system can be installed very easily, at the same time giving maximum reliability and offering the possibility of maintaining the plant via teleservice.

ELBA CONSISTOR-M
Consistency measuring system to be separately installed or to be integrated into the ELBAMATIC batching systems

CONSISTOR CL/CM
Consistency controlling system for the automatic production of constant concrete consistencies.

ELBA SFM
Microprocessor-controlled sand moisture measuring system featuring a compaction device and measured-value management.

TELETRONIK-MA/P
Control system for concrete pumps and boom movements featuring remote cable or radio control.
